Shipping
Orders are shipped with appropriate packaging.
For shipments to non-EU countries, the package includes an invoice.
Shipping terms are as follows:
- EU Customers: CPT (Carriage Paid To) – shipping costs are included in the order total.
- Non-EU Customers: DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) – shipping costs are included, but any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and will be charged upon delivery.
We use SDA for standard shipping unless otherwise specified in Italy. UPS and DHL for other countries.
Delivery times are:
- Italy/Europe: Within 4 business days from shipment (24 to 48 hours).
- Extra-Eu: Within 7 business days.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as shipments are managed by third parties and may be affected by their schedules. Orders are processed within two business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the following Monday. During sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on the destination and are the customer's responsibility, as indicated during the order process.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
In order to proceed with the return, you have to fill out the form on our Contact Us page, including the date and order number.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, at their own expense. Returns should be sent to the same address.
Please do not send returns as cash on delivery, as they will be refused.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via PayPal, Credit Card or bank transfer. Refunds cover the value of the returned item and the initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned products must be intact, with all accessories, original packaging, and accompanying documents (receipt/invoice).
Condition for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The substantial integrity of the goods and their packaging, as well as the original accompanying documents (receipt/invoice), is essential for exercising the right of withdrawal.
