What are the delivery times?

All orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Delivery times vary based on the destination country:
- For Italy: 1-3 business days.
- For the EU: 3-5 business days.
- For the rest of the world: 3-7 business days.

Which courier is responsible for the shipment?

We use UPS or SDA for shipments within Italy. For Europe and the rest of the world, we use UPS.

In which countries is shipping available?

All EU countries and the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over 99 Euros across Europe. For orders under 99 Euros, the shipping fee is 9 Euros.

For the USA, the shipping fee is 56 USD, regardless of the order amount.

Deliveries are considered Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).

How can I make a return?

If you received the product less than 14 days ago, you are still eligible to proceed with a return.

To make a return, go to the "Contact" section and select the option that best matches your return request.

We kindly ask you to follow the entire procedure to help us manage your return as efficiently as possible.

How much does a return cost?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as well as the payment of any duties and taxes for customs clearance upon return (if applicable, such as from non-EU countries). Returns without paid duties and taxes will not be accepted.

Can I exchange for a different size?

To exchange for a different size is simple: return the purchased item and place a new order for the desired size.

When and where will the refund for my order be issued?

Once we receive your item, its condition will be checked, and if it meets our guidelines (no signs of damage, all original tags attached, and is resellable), the refund will be issued within 5 business days from the return approval.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.

Cash on delivery is not available.

I received an incorrect or missing item. What should I do?

Contact us and specify the incorrect or missing item. We will arrange to collect the incorrect item at Sidi's expense or send the missing item, also at Sidi's expense, regardless of the order amount.

How can I track my order?

Log in to your personal account (remember to create an account) to view your order history, including the status and tracking number of the shipment.

If you prefer not to create an account, you will still receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped, allowing you to track the delivery.

Warranty

How does the SIDI warranty work?

All SIDI products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided directly by SIDI. During this period, if the product exhibits manufacturing defects, production damages, or other rare issues related to its fabrication, we will arrange for a refund, repair, or replacement of the item. I purchased a product from a retailer; how should I proceed?

The warranty on SIDI products is also provided by our authorized retailers: if you purchased a product from one of them, please contact them for assistance and warranty requests. We cannot directly handle SIDI items purchased from our retailers. If you prefer direct support from SIDI, please purchase from sidi.com.
