Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS courier.
All shipments are carefully packed to ensure the protection of the products.
For deliveries outside the EU, the package will include the necessary commercial invoice for customs purposes.
Delivery Times
Your order will be handed over to the courier within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: within 2–3 business days from dispatch
- Europe: within 4–5 business days from dispatch
- Non-EU countries: within 5–7 business days from dispatch
The delivery times provided are estimates based on standard transit times and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Access to remote areas
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
During promotional periods, sales, or holidays, delivery times may be extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours of the shipment being handed over to the courier.
If you have not received the email, or have accidentally deleted it, you can check the status of your shipment by filling out this form.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination country.
Whether you are purchasing from a European or non-European country,
the shipping cost shown at checkout is final, with no additional charges upon delivery related to import duties.
Any local taxes remain the customer's responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To initiate a return, please complete this form, entering your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
You are responsible for returning the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Regardless of the country of return, you may opt to use our dedicated return service for a fixed fee of €15.
By choosing this option, you will receive:
- The return shipping label
- All necessary shipping documentation
- Detailed instructions for scheduling the pickup
- Direct assistance throughout the return preparation process
If you are returning goods from a non-EU country, no additional customs charges will be applied. Customs clearance will be handled by our dedicated department.
Should you prefer not to use our organized return service, you may return the goods at your own expense and full responsibility, arranging shipment via postal services or a courier of your choice.
The shipment must be organized on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
If returning from a non-EU country, you must attach the customs invoice to the outside of the package.
The invoice must be addressed to Calicantus Srl and must state the value of the returned goods.
Returns must be shipped to the following address: SIDI SPORT SRL, Via dei Rizzi 2/A, 31010 Maser (TV), Italy.
Please do not send returns cash on delivery or with duties payable upon delivery, as they will be refused.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original order.
If you choose to return goods independently, shipping costs for the return will not be refunded.
Products must be returned intact, complete with accessories, original packaging, and all accompanying documents (sales invoice or a copy of the order confirmation).
