By joining the United Nations Global Compact, SIDI confirms its formal and substantial commitment to promoting a healthy, inclusive, and sustainable global economy, respectful of human and labor rights, capable of safeguarding the environment, and actively involved in every aspect of business integrity. To this end, SIDI shares, supports, and applies within its sphere of influence the Ten Fundamental Principles of the Global Compact and actively contributes to the achievement of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGY
Our production facilities are powered exclusively by renewable energies, a tangible commitment to sustainability. By joining the SBTi, SIDI Sport commits to setting its short and long-term greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets. The SBTi's goal is to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050. To date, all the electricity used by SIDI comes from renewable sources.

Our main goal is to improve riders' life by creating products. While we strive constantly at this, we maintain our tradition to create products that last, that age well and are built over the largest majority possible of replaceable components.
INCLUSION
People are what matters the most to us. Therefore, we constantly work to include everyone in ongoing training plans and gradually introduce welfare support. SIDI joined the Women’s Empowerment Principles, a set of Principles established by UN Women and UN Global Compact, to offer guidance to businesses on how to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community.
