SIDI STARS ON THE SPEEDWAY IN THE SUPERSPORT WORLD SERIES - Randy Krummenacher wins in Thailand and takes the lead in the WorldSSP championships.

The inaugural race in Australia at the end of February was the first round of the series, and after the one in Thailand on March 25, Sidi has taken the lead in the general classification for the Supersport World Championship. It’s all thanks to the Swiss rider Randy Krummenacher (Yamaha). In the first race of the year on the Philip Island racetrack, Krummenacher obtained an encouraging second place which brought immediate confidence and a boost in morale, signalling that the Swiss rider would be one to watch in the World Series. Confirmation came on the Chang International Circuit in Thailand on Sunday, where the Swiss Yamaha rider won a hard-fought test full of surprises to end up in the lead of the World Series (tied at 45 points) with French rider Lucas Mahias (Yamaha), who came in second over the finish line. Italian rider Federico Caricasulo (Yamaha) rounded out the podium in third place. For Randy Krummenacher this is his first season victory and the second in his career in the Supersport class. Randy Krummenacher battles at full speed on the track and shines on the podium with his Sidi Mag-1 boots. With their modern design and high technical performance, these boots have become the top models in the Sidi collection for speed on the track. The next race in the WorldSSP series will be held at the Pirelli Aragon Round in Spain on the weekend of 13-15 April. It will definitely be another thrilling race not to be missed!
