TRIATHLON: ANOTHER IMPORTANT VICTORY FOR SIDI AND ALESSANDRO FABIAN - The Carabiniere from Padua scored a double and captured the Italian title in the Olympic distance.

Triathlon continues to bring great triumphs to Sidi in this end of the 2017 season. It’s all thanks to Alessandro Fabian, the strong athlete from Padua who competes for the Carabinieri sports group. After winning the absolute Italian title in the sprint distance one week ago in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Udine), on Sunday he also won the event in Olympic distance, making his mark in Lerici (La Spezia). 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running: these are the distances in which Alessandro Fabian blew away all the competition to confirm himself as number one on the national stage. Places of honour went to Uccellari and Pozzatti, second and third, respectively.  The two Italian titles, in the sprint distance (750 m/20 km/5 km) and Olympic distance (1.5 km/40 km/10 km) confirm that Alessandro Fabian is at the top of his game and growing under all aspects. It’s a solid basis on which to build quality and intensity for next year, even aiming to expand to the international scene.
Alessandro Fabian can count on his T-4 Air Carbon Composite shoes, the top model for triathlon from the Sidi collection. Easy to get on and off, an essential factor in triathlon; light, technical and performing. This shoe was developed in consideration of the needs and feedback from the best specialists in the world, including Fabian, of this spectacular and challenging sport.
