TWO MORE GREAT VICTORIES FOR SIDI - Michal Kwiatkowski won in San Sebastian and Alexander Kristoff in London.

After tremendous success in the Major Tours, with Chris Froome’s splendid victory in the Tour de France and occupying all of the Top 5 places in the Grande Boucle, now Sidi is also returning to star in the major one-day races. Two wins arrived last weekend to add to the already fantastic season Sidi has been having so far.

On Saturday in Spain, on the roads of the Basque Region, Poland’s Michal Kwiatkowski (Team Sky), was rewarded for the great job he did at the Tour, helping his Captain Froome capture his fourth yellow jersey; now he’s gone on to win the Clasica Ciclista San Sebastian. Kwiatkowski beat Frenchman Tony Gallopin (Lotto Soudal) and Dutchman Bauke Mollema (Trek-Segafredo). After this season’s Sanremo and Strade Bianche races, the Polish rider from Team Sky has won another important one-day race.

Sunday saw an instant repeat with Norway’s Alexander Kristoff (Katusha-Alpecin), who is also fresh off his adventure at the Tour de France. The “Viking” won on the roads of Great Britain in the PrudentialRideLondon-Surrey Classic, winning in the final sprint against Dane Magnus Cort Nielsen (Orica-Scott), who is another great rider from the Sidi pool, and Australian Michael Matthews (Team Sunweb). May we remind you that team Katusha-Alpecin is one of the Pro Teams on which all the riders use Sidi shoes.

These are two important victories, both of them in high level World Tour races. Michal Kwiatkowski and Alexander Kristoff can count on Sidi shoes. Kristoff wears the Shot and Kwiatkowski wears the Wire shoe. These two models represent the top of the line in Sidi’s road racing collection.
